Iraq is certainly on the verge of becoming a quagmire. It's not quite there yet, but it's getting close. Certainly, the U.S. isn't winning over the hearts and minds of the Iraqis by arresting their religious leaders and killing dozens of protesters. I have a feeling that things are worse in Iraq than the adminstration and media lead us to believe they are. I bet every muslime manic within 1,000 miles of Iraq is heading there to get a chance to take on the Americans. Even President Bush is warning that things could get worse in Iraq in coming weeks.
