Washington Times is damage controlling for Cheney-Bush. At least Clinton mentions OBL four times. Rice wasn't going to mention him at all in her speech on 9-11 even after being continually warned about Al Qaida hijackings. Now everyone knows Cheney-Bush were AWOL on terror before 9-11, and quit Afghanistan too soon to go get us into a big morass in Iraq.
