I always believed in SI's policy of banning people who bandy about lawsuits directed at them. lb made this comment: "There are some who have legitimate law suit potential that could destroy the whole enterprise. Should they choose to pursue it." why should SI provide a platform for those who are litigious toward them? I would have banned her for this one alone...not to mention many previous examples. Though there are many very smart people on the CFZ thread, there does seem to be an unusually high percentage of plain assholes. Maybe it is the asshole factor that brought this to a head.
