Journalists 'Kidnapped in Iraq'

Two western journalists have been kidnapped in Iraq, it was reported today.

The two were seized in separate incidents in the war-torn country, US government officials told Fox News.

The officials refused to say which organisations the journalists worked for.

There were no immediate details of the journalists’ names, nationalities, ages of genders.

Officials were remaining tight-lipped on details, due to the sensitivity of efforts to trace the pair.

It was not clear from where in Iraq the journalists were kidnappe
