She did a tremendous amount of "beating around the Bush", almost refusing to answer direct questions without going into a diatribe. Don't think I'm being partisan, I really wanted to learn something from her testimony. Didn't get much out of it except to learn that there were so many things she was unaware of that the average citizen knew.
