Absolutely.

After the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, we didn't sit around trying to figure out how to keep ships from sinking.

We started sinking their ships instead.

Thats all true but costs money and causes inconvienience, complaints and delays.

Now after the Spanish train problems we can do the same with trains, busses, and cruise ships.

We shouldn't have waited....with Rice's views it makes sense however...don't do anything without specific info about an attack. The terrorists aren't stupid even if we think they are. I can hear Rice now...well they used airplanes last time...who would have thought they would shift to trains??

And let's not do anything about the oil problem until we have long lines and our economy is collapsing...oh yea..I forgot...we had long lines before so we need something more drastic. Long lines at the soup kitchens might work.

So far track um down and kill um has only produced more...any more ideas?
