You forgot tapping reserves in ANWR (yes, I know all the claims that it will only last for weeks, etc.) and growing sources of ethanol. Having Californians quit putting electric waterfalls in their yards and leaving the lights on all night would help. I think it would also help to stop subsidizing the airlines so they don't fly with half full planes all the time. Developing hydrogen power would be great. I've heard of rainy day people before, ala Gordon Lightfoot. Never heard of a rainy day woman before. I know all about rain.
