Tim, re: In any case my point in that paragraph was not really Bush's fiscal irresponsibility but rather to demonstrate a point about my posts, and to argue against Ted's statement " If its not said exactly the way you have determined it should be said, then it is null and void no matter the circumstances. " Which is great semantic gymnastics (your primary skill), but not what we are really talking about. We are talking about political substance. Nitpick away, but the bottom line is still the same, plus or minus a few percentage points or adjectives. John
