That WH briefing is not a "historial document" as Rice claims, it spells out ongoing threats. Rice, Bush and everyone else should have acted immediately. IN fact, if these were historical facts they should have acted much earlier, back in January as soon as they were in power. What kept them from this? The neocon obsession on SDI, ABM and Iraq as the only three big defense issues. Also, Bushies stopped the FBI from investigating the Saudi royals funding of terrorism. And this does not explain why the WH flew the Bin Laudens and Saudis out of the country on 9-11 without interrogation.
