Jay, I have seen you are bullish on the yen and rightfully so, but there is an under publicized bull market in Japanese equities---here is a good article to guide the "wall of worry" weedenco.com

Japan can and will split away from the US equity market, just like the 1990s US vs Japan stock market dichotomy, Jim Rogers stresses that a strong currency is good for the country's equity market and I would have to agree. Japan is now a safe haven for other countries to park $$, and have started 401k plans--both ingredients for big bull markets. I expect growing exports to China will offset any potential slowdown in the US--which by the way I see no signs of when strolling through Best Buy or car lots--I just purchased a Toyota and will be buying a Sony monitor soon--two personal examples of customer draw to high quality products--BTW, I have read way too much bearish sentiment regarding the US consumer
