Kerry Widens Criticism of Bush Economy

By MIKE GLOVER, Associated Press Writer

BOSTON - John Kerry (news - web sites) is broadening his economic assault on President Bush (news - web sites) with a "misery index" that suggests a combination of soaring college and health care costs and stagnant incomes have battered working families during Bush's term, campaign documents obtained Sunday showed.

Much of the Democrats' criticism of Bush is focused on job losses during his tenure, but Kerry's study argues that far broader and more ominous economic trends are at work.

"Less noted, but perhaps even more important, is the fact that middle-class families are increasingly being squeezed by the rising cost of health care, college tuition and gasoline at the same time that wages and incomes are stagnating and personal bankruptcies are at record levels," the campaign report said.

How Kerry would handle Iraq to benefit the US while at the same time effectively combatting terrorisn is well documented. Some of us have echoed this on this thread. But there are those who will never in their life give up on bashing the UN and everything that is not solely American. But there are those Independents who have already started to see the benefits of the Kerry solution.

The Iraq solution is one of the key differentiators between Bush and Kerry.

I invite you to join the numerous Independents, Republicans and me in voting for Kerry.

You realize that's not a feasible plan, don't you? The countries listed aren't going to provide enough troops to do the job. If you look at international efforts where serious and substantial military efforts have been needed - the Balkans, Kuwait - the US had to provide a bulk of the military force.

This "plan" is for campaign purposes only as it wouldn't work in real life.
