I was watching CSPAN one morning when a wingnut was accusing Bryan Lamb of setting up the lines, against Bush, for Bush, to make Bush look bad. Lamb pointed out that if they just took calls, the calls run 10 to 1 against Bush!
He even held up the phone, and showed the number of lines against Bush all lit, with only one line for Bush lit. So what you see on CSPAN is fair and balanced, with CSPAN'S thumb on the "right" scale.
