I agree but you have to admit the warning in the memo, which is one of thousands received, says OBL wants to get us here. That is a no brainer and was not news. It also said they might hijack and could have said they would use explosives. Without that memo, anyone in government should have known that OBL wanted to get us. He had attacked us under Clinton.

There was nothing in that memo that would lead someone back then to believe that WTC was going to happen on 9/11.

Irrespective of that, my point is that effort should be made to change the system. I think the blame game, upon which you and I might differ, distracts from finding real solutions.

There was enough blame to go around, back to Clinton and his predecessors.
