You of course realize thats a revised number based on John Kerry's calculations. Fact is, the misery index (as its always been calculated since Jimmy Carter) is near a record low.

The Misery Index has always exaggerated bad news and ignores good news... I guess though that's exactly what the Kerry camp wants to do. Focus on the negative and ignore the positive...
