If Kerry could choose a cabinet without selecting a qualified candidate before he decided against them, I'm sure GWB might be in the running for a position that Kerry would approve if he doesn't decide not to. Maybe. (Did I get close to the party line for Mr. "I put the 'BIG' in "Ambiguous"?)
