I use both esignal - by itself and also to drive an older version of tradestation -TS 2000i where I collect all my own data via eSignal feed.

I also have Tradestation 7.

They offer different plusses and minuses. eSignal has excellent data, always has. There are some charting things I can't do with esignal but as far as trading, its not an issue. eSignal also supports many exchanges around the world, including Canada which is important to me - TS7 does not.

PS - mostly responding you you because I saw Don Zereski's name in your post. I know this person. He was an executive at Data General, another Boston area company since sold to EMC. I was a manager in one of DG's country subs.

I found his leadership sorely lacking. He certainly wasn't good at surrounding himself with winners.

I can't quite recall the terms of his departure but he certainly did not leave with success on his resume in my opinion.

If he's involved with Quote.com, well, I don't imagine things getting better.
