jm -willy's downfall will be greed.. the fact that he gets free trading shares is not enough for him,he is so stupid and filled with greed,he takes the inside information he knows about and buys the stock before emails or news comes out.. see we both are very familiar with the business because of our backgrounds and the one thing the s.e.c hates the most is taking advantage of the pump... at hotstock we try to take cash and never buy into any of our stocks because our service is xxx amount and the price of the stock has no effect on the price of our service and we are not looking to gain any further from what we do.. willy in his stupid greed does,he stockpiled MRXT toys knowing the larry and steve were hiring rubin and taking down stock,he bought stock ahead of news releases and even was dumb enough to post about news coming...he had all the inside information as a paid employee or consultant of the company and tried to benefit more from the information.. on MAGR,he put out his email hours before the guys who did GDLS AND BOCX put out theirs..he knew they were doing it and were hired and since he saw what they did on the other two,stockpiled more stock and tried to benefit more from this information he received as a paid consultant of the company.. GREED,GREED,GREED....the minute you buy into your own company,you opened the door to hell(s.e.c).. his problem and the other guys who did MRXT who did not get into trouble was they thought they were not still being watched,this b.s and frontloading on MAGR WILL nail him AS FOR HIS DISCLAIMER...if he sold shares the morning of the MAGR gap,the next day if he sends out an email like he did,he must adjust his disclaimer to show any changes,it is very simple...
