get it straight Dipy I wasn't fooled [nor do I think many were] I never thought it would be a cake walk [the entire region is buried in another century and unfortunately in oil] nor did I ever think we would find huge stock piles of WMD - Sadam dodged, blocked and evaded as long as he could so he could disseminate them - he was all bluff and bluster with us and the world after the Gulf War, bluff and bluster to stay in power - dangerous because he knew how vulnerable he was and would clutch at and support terrorist groups - bully where he could - anything to stay in power what surprises me is that he wasn't overthrown what surprises me is what took so long to call his bluff
