Washington is filled with people who never worked a hard day in their life. Take Ted Kennedy for example...what a piece of work that guy is! Yet Bostonians keep electing him because he's the last remaining link to "Camelot." Ted Kennedy wasn't part of Camelot - He was more like Camel SOT! There are examples on both sides and we could make a huge list but that does nothing. If you really want change - elect a neighbor. If you want a leader "of the people" then neither Kerry nor Bush fits that ticket.

Kerry did serve in VN, but what has he worked at? I mean other than a political office or political appointed job.
