stockbull,

I concur with what you say. Haven't been "in the market" for such a long time but do remember the fall of some giant companies. My quibble is that while the whole computer industry might be suffering from a customer service problem, a bunch of vociferous posts about DELL's poor service doesn't make that the norm. If for each poor experience with DELL I can point out 100 satisfied customers, does that automatically make DELL's service magnificent? No fewer than five hospitals I've worked in the past few years have revamped their whole internals with DELL systems, and while certainly not scientific evidence, everyone I've spoken to about them loves them. Dell's reliability is saving these hospitals money in the long run.

From a traders perspective, the only thing I want is for DELL to remain stable; not to go down to 25, and not to go up to 45 either in the mid term. A stable DELL makes it relatively easy to make money.

Cheers,
kaka

ps. I can point out lots of pretty dumb MD's. ;)
