I think Kerry is likely to get very few republican votes. As to one individual, I don't know or care much. If you want to know, you should ask him.

All in all, Bush's message is pretty in synch with the majority of conservatives and republicans. The only exceptions are those instances where he's taken a position contrary to most conservatives - on immigration policy for example.

However the big issue this election will be the war. Most conservatives support Bush on that issue.

Kerry otoh has taken a position on what to do in Iraq not that different from Bush's. Just Bush's position plus some nice-nice talk about the UN. And this position is very different from what I perceive most liberals want (which is a cut and run pullout - disguised as "turning it over to the UN"). Seems to me like the democratic camp has a conflict. Will be interesting to see how they deal with it.
