It's my pleasure to lead you to actual information. It must be quite a change for you to have some facts behind your opinions for once. Just think, you used to say marginal rates were some kind of liberal propaganda out of pure ignorance on your part. Now you see they're a standard tool used by all serious economists and policy makers: Republican and Democrat alike. You kept repeating the lie that the bottom don't pay taxes, but now you see exactly what their marginal rates are. And your victory dance is a bit misguided. The last year of CBO data is 2001. That was a Clinton year. Bush's first budget was passed in 2001 and didn't take effect until 2002. So basically you're bragging about how fair taxes were under Clinton. Hey look, we agree about something! Steve Dietrich
