I am not expert on Islam, but don't they revere Jesus? I do not believe they believe him to be the son of G-d. "The Muslim "faith" teaches that anyone who confesses that Christ Jesus is the son of god commits blaspemy and will go to hell." Jews believe in the same way except perhaps the hell part and they more or less belittle Jesus, as a man and/or a Messiah. As far as the story of Ishmael and Isaac goes, who wrote the Book and who had to gain or lose from the telling of the story as told? len
