Okay I tried using PAINT but that doesn't work too well. You can put a caption right on the picture but I don't see any choice of font sizes. The font comes out too small to read when I view the pictures. And, like you said in your PM it greatly reduced the resolution.

I would prefer a method to put the captions below the picture so maybe I need something like an album.
