Once again, you are completely wrong on all counts.

First of all, the woman was not a teen, but an adult. She was 23 three years old.

Secondly, while the protesters claim her death was intentional, other witnesses told what is very likely the truth

"that Corrie had scaled a pile of dirt but then lost her footing and fell backward behind it, out of sight of the bulldozer operator. The bulldozer continued moving forward, covering Corrie with dirt and then crushing her.

It was not clear whether the bulldozer operator could hear protesters' yells over the sound of the machine."

Thirdly, and relatedly, this woman was obviously an idiot. It is just stOOpid to "protest" in close proximity to a bulldozer! You can't reasonably blame anyone but the woman herself for this death.

<<I think the operator and others in attendance knew she was there. >>

Somehow I get the feeling you have never run a dozer. The noise, not just engine but also from the tracks is deafening. The engine is running at top speed and to turn you step on a decelerator, disengage one track with a foot pedal and pull a hand brake. Then you also have a steel blade that's 10' wide and 6' high right in front of you. That lady would have had to have fallen down 50' in front of the blade to give him any chance of missing her.

I ran a D4 and I'd never park my truck within 100 yards of where I was working.

Here are pictures, gerard. You are correct, Rachel was murdered.

electronicintifada.net

The driver dumped sand and debris on her then drove over her twice. And despite the claims here, bulldozer drivers can see what they're doing. I know this because at the time of her death I asked my brother in law who's had a dozer business for 30 years. He said the claim that the driver could not see is b...s....
