We have now reached the point when getting OBL will have very little impact on terrorism IMHO. After the US invasion of Iraq there probably are dozens of people willing to take up the cause for every one that existed before 9/11. The only way to end terrorism against the US is to break the power of the Israeli lobby in Washington and terminate the US drive to dominate the Muslim world.
