You say Kerry was devoid of any plan and was all talk. Assuming what you say is true, then did you even see Bush talk on this very show with "timid Tim"? Bush could not even think of something to talk about. He was a unmistakable picture of a "clueless someone." IMO.

When it comes to spending, it's pretty hard to beat Bush who is the biggest deficit spender since the end of WW2.
