Here's what conservatives really think about our troops in Iraq (notice how troops are considered a public relations problem and the political ramifications are the top priority, talk about being insensitive):

Very good observation re: what motivates most (not all) Republicans.

Unfortunately most Democrats are no better. They do not stand for ANYTHING except trying to win and hold power.
