I'm wondering if the same group that contributed to the secret energy policy discussions with Cheney could have been cognizant of a plan to use energy to penalize the American public and create the climate for Gore to lose? If the Administration is prepared to allow manipulation for cheap energy to stimulate the economy and win an election, what would have stopped the same people from using manipulation for costly energy to depress the economy and cost the incumbent party the election? Will Ken Lay face prosecution? Will he be pardoned by Bush? So many conspiracies. Who WAS on that grassy knoll? g.
