That didn't occur to me, although I expected it at some time, but you are probably correct. They probably did healthy scrubbing Q1.

There was also the problem of a poor roll out. Early subscribers had major difficulties with busy signals. This led to a frustration that became widely known. This negative perception of the network has been hard to turn around, and I haven't heard if it has improved in the last couple months. Reliance tried to grow too fast too soon without the infrastructure really in place.
