Wrong. Every nation has an inherent right of self defense...the war on terror must be prosecuted globally....all those individuals and nations who support, fund, harbor or otherwise aid terrorists are legitimate targets and invoke the US' inherent right of self defense....UN charter or not...

How about the misappropriation of the funds. 800 million wasn't it ? Congress never knew. Now, this is on tape as I understand it so it is more than allegations...

Woodward has not exaggerated. In fact I think he has played the information rather detached from it. Just like this is the news... and I have it from tape and authority and do with it what you want. Clarke on the other hand had a vested interest in selling the facts.
