If the elected leader of Hamas was hiding in a unknown cave, moving from one hiding place to another, and if he directly participated in planning terrorism in the past and was actively planning more for the future, and if you could prove that in a court of law, and if you spotted him via remote sensing, and if there was no prospect of capturing him, then I would acknowledge the right of self-defense.

You won't get an answer, he'll slip and slide. Reminds me of last Sunday. Drove to town where the bass were feeding on shad early in the morning, fish eating small fish. Neat to see plus the Sun rise and birds. Had my radio on and some idiot was calling in. Wants to take 1% of the Defence budget and put into to the Peace Department. Use it to negotiate with OBL instead of going to war. We can't find OBL so how do we negotiate? Find out what he wants and do it. We become Muslims, no woman's rights? Idiot says yes.
