I fully realize you are attempting to portray yourself as clueful, however, in this too you have failed. Are you selling PR how-to manuals for fun and profit? Only that might explain your multi-year singlemindedness on this subject.

Where I said Don't like the system? Get involved and stop complaining. Pick a party that most closely maps on to your views and support it.

PR fan? FPTP fan? In either case, if Canadians want their views expressed on the national stage they have to find a party that espouses their views, or form one themselves. In Canada there is a mainstream party that has in the past favoured PR. If people can be sold on real advantages, instead of your brand of sanctimony, they will vote for change.

The massive irony is that a FPTP elected government will necessarily, in our case, be the gatekeeper or enabler of such change - if indeed its worth making such changes.

My original point remains - no change happens unless people are willing to work for it.
