No, it isn't. The settlement blocks he is talking about are very close to the 5% of the West Bank that Barak talked about at Camp David. Of course all the pro-Palestinian side is screaming about balkanization, etc etc. But in reality, it will be 5 - 10% of the West Bank.

And would you do me the favor to keep the discussion to real historians, and not troll the web for pro-Pal propaganda sites, which are easy enough to find? It is a complex situation, and nothing is easier than either taking real quotes out of context or just making them up, and they do both.
