There truly is no comparison of the domestics to a Honda or Toyota. Our Company has a mixed fleet (user chooses) of about 15 vehicles and the our experience with the domestics has been awful. Repairs, repairs, repairs and low resale values. A lot oif times it is just little things that drive you nuts - oild leaks, windows that stop rolling down, etc. But hey, everyone has their own opinions.

I will leave the last word to my mechanic. He was the one fixing my Grand Prix since inception. He owns two Hondas and a Toyota. When I was looking for a new car I asked his advise and he said - "I own Japanese cars but I fix American cars"...

quality diff is monumental for Japanese cars
Toyota typically gets highest Consumer Reports marks
I observe all the time
Nissan ditto
Honda stellar
not only is quality an order of magnitude higher, but both the cost of mfg is lower and the time spent per construction is lower

most GM, Ford cars receive mediocre marks
Chrysler gets better marks, but not much above average

you exaggerate, just like with Iraqi progress
you sound like you dont know a single car mechanic
I have talked to perhaps 20-30 over the years

your comments are absolutely laughable, and absurd
(but you are still my friend, though clueless)
