Barring an actual attack on the US by a foreign nation, a draft isn't even remotely possible.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if the US passport office saw a lot of increased activity in the coming months, as students (or their parents in the case of minors) take out a little "draft insurance."

I think both Mexico and Canada would accept potential draftees, particularly if they have money.
