Hi ACF Mike, <<The growth through 2010 scenario will be mainstream economic thinking within the next 12 months>> ... :0) more than exquisite. I suspect we are experiencing a fraud, and that the equation of time is acting against the fraud. I figure, when all is revealed by the passing of time, the drama will be genuine. I am hoping that the fraud will be exposed before 2010, so that fewer people will get hurt, but, alas, blinding optimism founded on free flow of debt will do what it will do, usually.
