There are many types of combat you can "train heavily" for. Some of those scenarios are such that the training results in very successful and minimal risk outcomes. Some aren't. Urban combat is one that requires heavy risk. I wouldn't cavalierly say that I "don't worry much about the military results" of such combat, regardless of who it is you think is on the other side. Or maybe you're not as worried because it's someone else's kids that are dying in the streets of those cities? If so then your personal cost/benefit analysis is different than mine. On the "other side" thing; do you really buy the official line that it's the Zarqawis that are behind all of this violence? How do you explain the demonstrations where thousands, tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of Iraqis are shouting "death to America?" Is Zarqawi making them hate America? Is Zarqawi making them run into the streets and celebrate the brutal deaths of American troops? Is Zaqawi stopping them from turning in the insurgents that live among them and whom they shelter and supply? Is Zarqawi stopping them from taking to the streets to demonstrate AGAINST the anti-American actions of the insurgents? Do you believe the words of those whose words don't make any logical sense, or do you think for yourself?
