"It is precisely because of this tolerance that we are losing our culture and heritage." No one is losing their culture and heritage. You want a "pure" "all American" culture, but you can't have it because it is something ephemeral. Today's American culture is different from 50 years ago, 100 and 200 years ago. Serbians also want a pure culture and so did a majority of Germans in the 30s. Yours is a very exclusionary view, which goes against one of this cultures most important features, freedom. Just because there are no Arab nations that respect human rights and freedom of the individual doesn't make it right for Americans to do the same.
