Bob, reread that post. I wrote: "while running HUGE deficits" (NOTE: plural, as in multiple years) Followed by: "~ (approximately) $700 Billion over the last 12 months". Sorry if you were confused. If I was writing for a magazine or a paper I would have tried to be clearer, but the meaning is obvious. For those that didn't get the tense switch (I think it was one person<g>), I've clarified the meaning three times. This is a message board; for that medium, my meaning was clear. ROFLOL.
