OR, I agree Bush is not a great public speaker. I really don't think Kerry is so hot either.

Bush is not the best speaker but I've always had the feeling he means what he is saying.

That's true sometimes but not always. When he said the deficit was going to be 11 billion and it turned out to be 400 billion I think he knew better. When he said his medicare bill would cost 395 billion I think it has been proven he lied when he threatened to fire the person who knew it would cost over 500 billion. When he alluded that he was sure that Saddam had WMD's I think he knew there was a good chance he didn't. Here is something he said which I have the feeling he really meant and told the whole truth about.
