Are you saying the US did not practice brutal methods in fighting Germany and Japan ?

The demolition of German cities, and killing 200,000 Japan civilians per night in Japan was not brutal ?

The dissolution of the Soviet Union had nothing to do with the US. Gorbachov had started Glasnost and Perestroika because they wanted to try "communism with a human face" or something like that. He was unwilling to play the part of brutal dictator.

I didn't. But so what ? France is a sovereign country. Is it one of God's commandments that no one but the US should decide who has what weapons ?
