And then, remember what a cinch it was for Powell to negotiate the occupation of Afghanistan (as if the whole deal had been settled beforehand) --and the simultaneous occupation of Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, etc... Next, I still believe that the Ariana/London hijack was a dress rehearsal of sorts. Which hints at a Russian connection, if only to supply the Tajik patsies to hijack the airliners... Provided, of course, that US airliners were ever hijacked!! At this point, nothing could surprise me anymore....
