There is a whole book of Bush gaffes. Kerry is not gaffe prone, though no one is perfect. Even if Kerry were perfect, the RNC would find some line of his and twists it, distort it, made it sound silly. The 87 billion line of Kerry's is actually 100% true and he was 100% right about it. As that gets dissected, it's going to come back and hurt Cheney-Bush because they insisted on giving Iraqis tens of billions of WELFARE we will never see again, instead of loaning the money with oil as collateral, oil we need but now won't get.
