o/t & fyi: ...Howdy, Hal, What appears to be happening is that the mental burden of reading the volumes and volumes of legal-schmiegal mumbo-jumbo associated with that yayhoo who is locked up in NY has now persuaded someone that they are a Jr. Assistant State pseudoProsecuter Wannabe or Jr. Assistant Mark Gerragos pseudoLaw Clerk Wannabe, also. It appears to be an affliction much like being a Hypochondriac. (..pardon the big word..). If they see a commercial for a new brand of Crotch-rot Medicine, they immediately break out in an acute scrotal rash. In this case, whatever was presented on 'COPS' last night has apparently become the "..flavor of the day.." for some wacko attempting to gain his "..15 seconds of fame.." as the resident, totally-unqualified, arm-chair judicial quarterback and full-time sputtering twit. I'm sure glad that NASCAR has higher standards than SI. Preventing incompetent "..pseudo's.." from entering the ranks keeps the Cup racers from having the situation turn into a kludge looking like a figure-8 derby at the county fair. Have a nice day.
