That's not what you insinuated.. You stated that Saddam must have accumulated it in anticipation of defending himself against the US...

So when was it Bilow?? When did Saddam recognize that he needed to stockpile such a huge quantity of munitions due to US threats? Before or after his invasion of Kuwait?

Or could it be that your entire theory is non-sensical and illogical?
