No the topic is not Baathists in Iraq. Instead it is about the Bush flip flop where he first denounced all the Batthist party members, debarred them from any positions and then flopped and brought them back. Bush needs to see his own face in the mirror before he points a finger at Kerry and calls him a flip flop. So no, the topic of this thread is not Baathists in Iraq.
