Twatson, you really need to get some information from the opposing viewpoint, get a little balance. I occasionally check NewsMax and Fox News, do you ever look at Al Jazeera?

The President has never ridiculed the UN, more lies or ignorance on your part.

I think you need to recall his statement during the State of the Union this year when he said "...I do not need the UN's permission to defend this nation." referring to his decision to march into Iraq.

Now every day in Iraq the plain folks see American troops doing good work.

If that was so then you would expect the Iraqi showering flowers on our troops in the streets of Iraq. Instead we have contractors being killed and kidnapped, photographs of prisoner atrocities abound etc.

Bush has failed miserably in providing leadership and has allowed the military to run the war instead. The result; the prisoner atrocities similar to what Kerry talked about after his return from Vietnam. The Bushies criticized Kerry for doing so and claimed that Kerry's actions and accusations insulted those soldiers who fought with honor. In the case of Iraq, then why is Bush running down the acts of the soldiers towards the prisoners.

Things have come to bite Bush back. With the prisoner story, Kerry folks have successfully dished up to Bush what he criticized Kerry for in Vietnam.
