And you realize that the Republicans tried to make anything possible an issue with him since before he took office - both real and imagined. This wasted a lot of money and time. They could have spent more time once in the majority in 1994 focusing on terrorism - and maybe creating the Dept. of Homeland Security that they opposed until forced to after 9-11. Who knows what good might have happened from that - rather than the foolishness they wasted time on.... >> You do realize he would have been much more effective if he hadn't been pre-occupied by the scandal his actions caused?
