My take on Robert Howard:

I agree with big_joe's views about Howard, see his post

At this point in his life, Howard probably has plenty of money and he surely doesn't need the headaches of being investigated again by the SEC for overhyping Ionatron. In fact, I think he is being very cautious in his statements. He would more likely underhype than overhype. If this is the case, then this presents us longs a good buying opportunity here.
